Dr. Jim Grunwald has been involved with ALHSO from its beginning and serves as the superintendent of ALHS Online, overseeing its day-to-day operations.
He is an Educational Technology professor emeritus and still teaches online in the Martin Luther College graduate program. He has been involved with online teaching, course development, course management, and instructor training since 2000.
Karl Peterson

Karl Peterson served on the ALHS Online Board of Directors from 2014-2019 and was a co-coordinator of the 2018-19 self-study committee and a member of the planning committee. He also taught Latin courses for ALHS Online for several years.
In 2021, Karl was invited to rejoin the ALHS Online Board of Directors and was elected Chairman.
From 2009-2012 Karl served as "Head of School" for the "Insight School of Wisconsin," a 9-12 grade online program with about 500 students.
Peter Baganz

Prof. Peter Baganz served on the ALHS Online Board of Directors as treasurer from 2012-2018. In 2021 he was invited to rejoin the board and serve as vice-chairman.
Peter is a Professor of History at Martin Luther College in New Ulm, MN. In the past, he taught the Web Page Design course for ALHS Online and now teachers the AP U.S. History course.
Heath Dobberpuhl

Mr. Heath Dobberpuhl serves ALHS Online as a member of the Board of Directors and treasurer, first elected in 2019.
Heath is a teacher and registrar at Minnesota Valley Lutheran high school, New Ulm, MN.
Paul Patterson

Mr. Paul Patterson began serving on the ALHS Online Board of Directors in 2020 as a representative from the WELS Commission on Lutheran Schools (CLS). At the CLS he serves as the associate director and oversees the WELS School Accreditation (WELSSA) program.
Gregory Bork

Rev. Gregory Bork serves ALHS Online as a member of the Board of Directors, first elected in 2018.
He currently serves as senior pastor and high school administrator at Apostles Lutheran in San Jose, CA. He also teaches AP Psychology and Introduction to Psychology for ALHSO.
Ted Klug

Prof. Ted Klug served on the ALHS Online Board of Directors as vice-chairman from 2012-2017 and was elected back to the board in 2019.
Ted serves as an admissions counselor at Martin Luther College (MLC) in New Ulm, MN. Before coming to MLC he served as principal at Evergreen Lutheran High School in Tacoma, WA. He has also served as the ALHSO instructor of the Introduction to Programming course.

Daniel Plath serves ALHS Online as a member of the Board of Directors, first elected in 2020.
He is principal at St. Paul's Lutheran School, Beverly Hills, FL.
Joshua Schoeneck

Joshua Schoeneck serves ALHS Online as a member of the Board of Directors, first elected in 2020.
He serves as an instructor, registrar, and Director of Technology at Kettle Moraine Lutheran High School in Jackson, WI.
He also teaches the AP Computer Science A and Computer Graphics courses for ALHSO.
Scott Sievert

He serves as the high school Academic Dean at Divine Savior Academy in Doral, FL.
